As of 3/1/11 this program provided support to the families of
22 children with
Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP). Because they had 50 or fewer children enrolled they are considered a small program in Connecticut.
Between 7/1/10 and 12/31/10 on average this program determined eligibility within
13 days of getting a referral and, for
families with children who were eligible, the first service began on average
20 days after the evaluation.
